New Students
- Complete and personally submit the Application Forms
- Submit an original copy of the applicant's NSO or PSA birth certificate
- Present the original baptismal certificate and submit a photocopy.
- Submit the applicant's photo:
- CSC: 2 copies of recent, colored and identical 1x1 ID photo
- LS, MS, and HS: 3 copies of recent, colored and identical 2x2 ID photo
- LS, MS, HS applicants, submit the following:
- Certified True Copy of previous and current report cards
- Waiver for non-Catholics signed by parents or guardian
- Pay the non-refundable Application and Testing Fee of PhP 500.00 to the Cashier.
- Upon submission of all the requirements, you will receive an Examination Permit indicating the testing schedule.
- Take the entrance test on the scheduled date.
- Complete and personally submit the Application Forms
- Submit the following documents:
- Original copy of the applicant's birth certificate
- Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate and present the original copy
- Waiver Form for Non-Catholics (must be signed at the Admissions Office)
- 3 copies of recent, colored, and identical 2x2 ID photo
- Original Transcript of Records with English translation and duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Establishment located at the student’s country of origin or legal residence.
- Photocopy of passport and present the original passport
- ACR I-Card
- Documents for the issuance of Special Study Permit (SSP)
- Certified True Copy of the following report cards: previous grade levels and current grade level (latest grading period). Report Cards should have the English translation for foreign students from a foreign school.
- Certificate of recognition as a Filipino if with dual citizenship
- Pay the non-refundable Application and Testing Fee of PhP500.00 to the Cashier.
- Upon submission of all the requirements, an Examination Permit indicating the testing schedule will be issued.
- Take the entrance test on the scheduled date.
- Complete and personally submit your Application Slip to the Admissions Office
- Submit the following items:
- 2 (two) copies of recent 2 x 2 photo
- Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records of the last school attended
- Curriculum Vitae
- Pay the application and testing fee of P600 ($100 or its peso equivalent for foreign students) at the Cashier's Office.
- Present the receipt to the Admissions Office and claim your application kit and exam permit.
- Submit accomplished forms listed below on or before the specified deadline:
- Application for Admission Form
- 2 Recommendation Forms from Employer and Professor for Adviser (in sealed envelope)
- Personal Essay
- Take the exam on the given schedule.
Freshmen
- Create an account on our Student Database Management System (SDMS).
- Download all forms for application
- Print billing invoice
- Present the printed billing invoice to the College Cashier's Office and pay the application and testing fee (PhP 600).

- Operating hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Present receipt to the Admissions Office and submit 3 copies of 2x2 photo with white background. Claim your application kit and exam permit.
- Admissions Office Location: 1F MMJ Building
- Operating hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Submit accomplished forms listed below on or before the deadline:
- Application for Admission Form (to be filled out at the Admissions Office)
- Secondary School Record Form (in sealed envelope)
- Recommendation Form for Adviser (in sealed envelope)
- Recommendation Form for Guidance Counselor (in sealed envelope)
- Take the exam on the given schedule and venue.
- Graduates from private schools with approved K to 12 programs
- All graduates of the previous four-year high school program both in public and private schools (DepEd Order No. 76, s. 2010)
- ALS Accreditation and Equivalency Test Passer
- Philippine Educational Placement Test
- Graduates from secondary education abroad with certification from the last school attended of the eligibility to college admissions
- Complete and personally submit the following:
- Application Slip
- 2 copies of 2x2 photo
- Recent copy of your Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of Grades
- Pay the application and testing fee at the Cashier's Office.
- Present the receipt and claim your Entrance Exam schedule at the Admissions Office.
- Submit the following documents:
- Application Form
- 2 Recommendation Forms (in sealed envelope)
- Take the exam on the given schedule and venue.
- have satisfactory academic performance.
- have favorable recommendations from their previous school prior to application to Miriam College.
- have not been classified as incoming junior or senior upon evaluation by the Registrar to qualify for at least five (5) semesters residence at Miriam College prior to graduation.
- met the required admission score which is the aggregate of your grade average from your previous school and entrance test score.

- Submit a plain photocopy of your passport showing the bio-page, admission stamp, and authorized stay.
- Bring two (2) copies of recent 2 x 2 photo (with white background) and fill out the Application Slip at the Admissions Office.

- Operating hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- For Transferees: submit copy of grades and undergo interview with the Admissions Officer.
- Pay the application fee of one hundred dollars (U$100) or its equivalent in Philippine peso at the Cashier’s Office.
- College Cashier's Office Location: 117 Caritas Building
- Operating hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Return to the Admissions Office and present the official receipt to claim the examination permit and application kit.
- Complete and submit the following on or before the deadline:
- Application Form
- Secondary School Record Form (for incoming first year students)
- Recommendation Forms
- Take the exam on the given schedule.
- An applicant is classified as a Foreign student applicant if they are non-Filipino citizens but wish to study in Miriam College as an incoming first year student or a transfer student.
- A foreign student applicant should have completed basic education to apply as an Incoming Freshman or has earned college units to apply as a Transfer Student.

- Application fee of One hundred US Dollars (US$100) or its equivalent in Philippine pesos
- Two (2) original copies of Transcript of Records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Establishments located at the student’s country of origin or legal residence.
- Six (6) copies of Personal History Statement’s duly signed by the student in English and in her national dialect, with left and right thumbprints and recent 2” x 2” photos on plain white background.
- Notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statement.
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate, if available
